“Boots on the Ground Tees” is dedicated to tackling mental
health by raising awareness through imagery for our service members, veterans,
law enforcement officers, firefighters, first responders, and emergency
responders. No longer should we suffer in silence, alone, broken, and feeling
without a tribe. We aim to support one another without the need for words
through our apparel. When you see our gear, you will immediately feel the
mental embrace of support from someone either struggling themselves or
supporting those who do. We are one, we are strong, and together we will break
down the walls that keep us in.
Proceeds from BOTG-tees and all donations will go towards
building, maintaining, and expanding a care facility compound strategically
designed to provide transitioning service members with an immediate home and tribe.
From day one of service, you are told how to walk, talk, eat, and sleep.
Once you leave the service, the quiet can be deafening. There is no one telling
you what to do, where to go, or how to do it. BOTG "After Service" will welcome
you with open arms, equipping you with the tools for a successful life beyond
service.
BOTG(AS) will provide housing for individuals and their
spouses/dependents (while attending the curriculum), mental health and physical assessments, assistance in starting disability claims, courses structured in preparing members for civilian life versus military, and support for spouses and dependents, among other services TBD.
Giving members a place to call home immediately after
service is paramount in curbing the rate of suicide, substance abuse, and divorce within our community.
It's time to come home!
Tackling mental health by raising awareness through imagery for our service members, veterans, law enforcement officers, firefighters, first responders, and emergency responders.
Every ounce counts, and dimes matter. By donating money, even the smallest amount, you are expediting all the necessary steps needed to make BOTG a reality for so many veterans who deserve a place to call home after service. More importantly, a guided path to the rest of their lives.
Want to make a difference? Let us know how you would like to contribute your time, resources, and expertise. Be a part of the BOTG mission.

I'm a USN veteran who served aboard the USS George
Washington aircraft carrier, working on F/A-18 aircraft in support of Operation
Enduring Freedom and GWOT. Upon leaving the service, I struggled to
re-acclimate back to society. My family and friends didn't know how to support
me. I felt confused, tired, alone, and broken. For many years, I struggled to
fit into a world that felt completely foreign to me. Going from a military
environment where I was guided in every aspect of life to a place of silence
was deafening.
It wasn't until I reached a breaking point and sought out
mental health therapy that I began to understand the years of chaos I had been
living with inside my head. Once I was able to breathe again, life started
changing in my favor. By stacking good days with better days, life became more
manageable. Fast forward three years later, and now it's my turn to give back
to those who need the help much sooner than I figured it out.
YOU MAY SAVE A LIFE.
WORST CASE,
YOU CHANGE SOMEONES.
